  5. They have a broad skull, v-shaped ears, a strong, short muzzle and a thick, moderately short tail.

  8. They are a rough-coated breed of dogs originally bred to be fox or vermin hunters.
  9. They are intelligent and love human company.
  10. Though they do not mind being left alone, they can’t adapt to households where people are away all day.
  11. They are not demanding when it comes to exercise but they absolutely love it when they get it.
  12. They are excellent jumping dogs and are known to hike, bike and run with their owners.
  13. They need to be trained from a very early age because of their hyperactive nature.
