  4. Sun Bears are found predominantly in the jungles of South-East Asia.
  5. They have sleek fur which is short enough to tolerate hot and humid weather.
  6. Unlike other bears, Sun Bears do not hibernate as they live in tropical conditions.
  7. Sun Bears are expert climbers who love to stay and even sleep atop trees.
  8. The average life span of Sun Bears is 25 – 30 years.
  9. Sun Bears mainly eat fruits, nuts, leaves and shoots along with insects and rodents.
